Aaron Edens first came to Burch & Cracchiolo as a paralegal in the firm’s Construction Law group and, upon graduating from law school in 2006, he came back to stay. His practice focuses on Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights, Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, Business and Corporate Law.

Before pursuing his legal career, Aaron served as a Legislative Assistant to Congresswoman Enid Greene Waldholtz (Republican, Utah) and as a staff member on many state and federal political campaigns. He was also the founding member of The Eden Group, a political consulting firm based in Utah. During law school, Aaron was singled out to receive the Widener University Law & Government Institute’s Outstanding Student Award. He also earned the Institute's Law & Government Certificate. Aaron’s interest in government and politics, as-well-as his business endeavors, have provided invaluable experience in his legal practice and in dealing with opposing parties, regulatory bodies, and government agencies to craft legal strategies that provide for the best possible outcomes for his clients.
