Jessica Conaway focuses her practice on appellate cases, employment and civil rights litigation, commercial litigation, family law, insurance coverage, and personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Burch & Cracchiolo in 2007, Jessica completed a two year clerkship for Judge Joseph Howard of the Arizona Court of Appeals.  In addition, she worked as a summer associate for Chandler and Udall L.L.P. in Tucson, Arizona.

 

While in law school, Jessica served as a member of the Mercer Law Review.  In her third year, her comment, “Reversion Back to a State of Nature in the United States Southern Borderlands: A Look at Potential Causes of Action to Curb Vigilante Activity on the United States/Mexico Border,” was selected for publication.  She received the CALI Awards for Legal Writing 1, 2, and Jurisprudence of Crime.
