Howard Meyers, who has been Of Counsel to Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A. since 1993, is a peer review rated AV® Preeminent attorney who has been recognized by Super Lawyers of the Southwest since 2010 for his work in Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation as well as Arizona’s Finest Lawyers since its recent inception. His principal areas of practice are commercial bankruptcy, corporate reorganization, non-bankruptcy financial and real estate workouts and sophisticated debtor-creditor litigation in state and federal courts and appeals.
Howard represents a large complement of trade and secured creditors and real and personal property lessors in cases under Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
